October 2022 — The “weiter-bilden GbR” around Manuel and Rainer Fischer cooperates with the responsible persons of “MIR” (Miteinander in Ronsdorf) after intensive discussions. In these talks, it was jointly determined that we would like to support the people, especially the children and young people in the catchment area of Rehsiepen. In doing so, we went to the people in Mohrhennsfeld with our tutoring services.
“We have already had good experiences with our learning-studio in Elberfeld,” explains Manuel Fischer, one of the two managing directors of Weiter-bilden GbR, “and we are glad that we can now also offer our help locally in Ronsdorf,” Fischer continues.

Many refugee families have settled in the Rehsiepen area of the Ronsdorf district in recent years. Families with children who need further support. Rainer Fischer also knows that they need support at school and, above all, with language skills: “For integration to really succeed, these people need to be helped in many ways. Learning the German language and achieving a school-leaving certificate is so immensely important for these children,” Rainer Fischer explains further.
“It’s a classic WIN-WIN situation for everyone involved!” says Manuel Fischer happily.
For 2023, the Fischer family also plans to work together with the Diakonie in Barmen. Initial talks have already taken place.
